Holy Communion

Sunday 8.00am Holy Communion (every Sunday)

For those who like to start each Sunday with a quiet, contemplative service of worship, this 'said' form of Holy Communion is a nice way to start the day.

Sunday 10.00am Parish Communion

This is a sung communion service with choir, organ and music group. Children and young people join us at the end of the service for communion/blessings. Note that we usually have a Family Worship service on the first Sunday of the month which is not Parish Communion.

Friday 10.30am (each week)

A short service of Holy Communion which takes place in the memorial chapel.

The Communion Service Explained

Ever wondered why we do what we do and why a service is structured as it is? To explain it, Revd Charleen Hollington gave a commentary through the service on Sunday 29th April 2018. The recording of that commentary is on the Calendar entry for the 10am service for that day, in the Media section. The recordings is 13.5 minutes long, omitting the actual service content of that day.
